Product changes, for purchases via our e-shop, can be made within 14 days of their receipt and as long as the product purchased is returned to Charmsworld.gr unworn, in the box and with its complete packaging, accompanied by the receipt of retail sale or the change card and anything else that comes with it, as all of the above are part of the product you purchased.
Changes are accepted in cases of size change (bracelet) and if there is availability.
As long as all the above required conditions are met, follow the below procedure:
• In a conspicuous place on the retail receipt or exchange card, write the new code (size where applicable) that you wish to receive for your exchange. The new code must be of equal or greater value than the original product and the difference will be paid in cash to the shipping company upon delivery.
• Returns are made through a shipping company. Shipping costs to Charmsworld are the sole responsibility of the sender. If the products are sent by post, they should be insured by the sender and sent as registered to the shipping address below. Charmsworld is not responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return transit.
• With the tracking number, you track the package’s progress and its delivery date to Charmsworld.
• Until the product reaches our company, it is your responsibility, so it is important that the packaging of the shipment is safe, so as to avoid any damage during transport and therefore the inability to receive it.
• As soon as the package is received and the necessary control is completed, the new product is sent to you. The shipping costs of the new shipment are again borne by the customer, unless the additional purchase amount is equal to or exceeds 50 euros.
The exchange process to complete takes up to 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product by Charmsworld, except during promotional periods or in exceptional situations, where times may be longer than usual and there will be update.
In the unfortunate event that the product reaches you damaged, please inform the courier company within the next 8 hours so that they take responsibility as well as our company, at email@example.com in order to initiate the necessary procedures to resolve the problem .
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects.
If the product is faulty or different from what you ordered, you have the option to return it within 14 days. Return costs in this case are charged by Charmsworld.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product you have just purchased, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in its original packaging. Return costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer. You can use the purchase amount to purchase another Charmsworld product of equal or greater value, making up the difference.
In any case, products must be returned together with the retail receipt or purchase invoice. In the event that the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the above requirements, Charmsworld has the right not to accept any return or replacement.
All products are guaranteed to be of good quality and function, as defined by European Union legislation, they are guaranteed to meet all safety specifications and quality protocols required.
