Shipping in Greece
- We ship our products throughout Greece via ACS Courier.
- ACS Courier typically delivers within Greece within 2-3 working days.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
- Shipping costs for Chania Prefecture are just 2.20€, and for all other regions in Greece, it’s only 3.20€.
International Delivery
- We offer international shipping via Hellenic Post International Tracked delivery, providing efficient delivery services.
- For European countries, you can expect delivery in approximately 5-7 working days, while it may take 12-13 working days for Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Australia, and other non-European countries.
- The carrier for international deliveries will be determined by the destination country, and you will receive a Tracking Number to monitor the delivery progress.
- There’s a flat shipping cost of 8.00€ for international orders.
Missed Deliveries
- In case you’re not available to receive the delivery when attempted, your country’s local postal service will leave you a notification card. This card will guide you on collecting your package from your nearest sorting office.
- If a notification card isn’t left, it’s a good idea to check with your local postal service to confirm the status of your delivery.
